On May 28th, 2021, the Platform organized the Conference “A Partnership of Equals: Africa-EU relations in an increasingly complex world”. The event brought together a variety of stakeholders from both continents on the framework of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU, including civil society representatives.
A few months have now passed since the day-long event and the wrap-up of its main conclusions can be consulted on the report (here).
Now that the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU has finished, the Portuguese NGDO Platform hopes that this work can play a role in informing future discussions on this very important topic.
