The first trio of the EU Presidency Project (EUPP) consisted of the three national development NGO platforms FOND (Romania), Fingo (Finland) and CROSOL (Croatia) as well as the pan-European NGO network CONCORD. The partners accompanied the successive EU Council presidencies of Romania (January to June 2019), Finland (July to December 2019) and Croatia (January to June 2020).

Romania presided the Council of the European Union for the first time from 1 January to 30 June 2019.
Finland’s third EU Council Presidency lasted from 1 July to 31 December 2019.
Croatia took over the EU Council Presidency for the first time from January to June 2020.
