CROSOL has organised the first in a series of consultations with Croatian citizens about the potential EU Presidency priorities in the city of Rijeka, on Tuesday 12 February. The consultations were conducted in co-operation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. Rijeka will be the European Culture Capital in 2020, and these two separate events provide a great opportunity to combine cultural and political activities. The interest of Rijeka’s citizens in the topic of the Croatian EU Presidency was high. Some of the topics for potential priorities participants highlighted were health, European values and clean energy.
